Commercial Road Salting, With High Standards
Ice and hard-packed snow are liabilities for your crew, your tenants, and anyone who accesses your site. Our salting and de-icing services are built around preventing those conditions before they develop and resolving them quickly when they do.
We apply road salt, sand/salt mix, and chemical de-icers matched to surface type and temperature, covering construction sites, commercial parking lots, retail properties, industrial areas, and public works properties throughout the region.
Beyond reactive de-icing, we also offer anti-icing which is applied as a pre-treatment before a weather event to prevent ice bonding in the first place. Combined with our snow removal and plowing operations, most clients run both services under a single contract, meaning one call handles the full site. Scheduling runs on a storm-response basis, a seasonal subscription, or a hybrid of both.

De-icing removes ice after it forms. Anti-icing is applied before a weather event to prevent ice from bonding to the surface — it's faster to treat and easier to clear afterward. We offer both.

Our commercial salting and de-icing runs from late October through early April, depending on conditions. During the off-season, many of our winter clients continue with street sweeping, street flushing, and exterior site maintenance to keep properties in shape year-round.
